Wine Tasting and Tour in Monferrato, Piedmont: Immerse yourself in the world of Sessanea wines with a wine tasting and winery tour

During your visit, you can discover the artisan winery that uses both traditional and modern methods to make organic wines. A member of the staff will accompany you through lush vineyards where they grow their unique vines. You can visit their cellar to discover their French oak barrels, in which they keep their wines for aging.
As you enter their wine tasting room, they will serve you their luscious wines from the portfolio. You can enjoy the wine tasting and witness the mesmerizing beauty of the countryside simultaneously. Tasting at the winery is available from Monday to Thursday (11:00 -18:00 ). From Friday to Sunday, tastings will take place at Sessanea – Taste and Shop located in Monastero Bormida, Via Cavour 20.

Best wine experience

Our host was an absolute wealth of knowledge and all of his wines were arguably the best we’ve tried in Italy. His winery was casual and welcoming like visiting a friends home and he was so generous with his wine and snacks and we purchased a few cases to be shipped home. It might seem out of the way for some people but it should be a priority
