Is the payment process secure?

All payments made through our website are encrypted and secured through our payment gateway provider Stripe.

Can I cancel my activity?

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund on cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the booked experience. Any cancellations made after this point will not be reimbursed. This is to respect the planning and administration that the wineries invest in ahead of a booked experience.

Can I choose my currency for the Payment?

You cannot choose the currency for your payment; the price will automatically be presented in the currency of the country in which you booked your activity.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

We can arrange gift cards to be used on our website. Please send us an email at info@winetourism.com.

Can I book an activity for another person?

Yes, you can book activities for other people. We can arrange for gift cards to be used on our website. Please send us an email at info@winetourism.com.

What happens if the winery cancels my booking?

If the winery cancels your booking you will be fully refunded and we will propose you other experiences which may interest you.

Can I change my booking?

To make changes to your booking, please contact the bookings team at booking@winetourism.com. If you request a change to your booking less than 48 hours before the date of the booked experience, we will not be able to reimburse you if we are unable to accommodate the changes.

What happens if I need to cancel my activity due to an emergency?

WineTourism.com is unable to reimburse canceled bookings made less than 48 hours before the date of the booked experience. Any cancellation made with the time frame of 48 hours or more, can be fully reimbursed to the customer.

Can I book a place for a special event?

Are pets allowed at the winery?

Wineries will state on their winery's profile page whether or not pets are allowed at their winery.

When will my payment be debited?

Your payment will be deposited when you receive the confirmation email of your booking.

Is it possible to obtain an invoice?

You can send an email to contact@winetourism.com asking for your invoice.

Why should I book an experience?

Winetourism.com is designed to make wine tastings and tours more accessible to interested wine drinkers around the globe. We act as an intermediary site connecting wine enthusiasts to interested wineries through our easy online booking system 24/7/365. So to make sure the wineries can welcome you properly, we ask you to make a booking.
The service is easy to use, there’s no membership fee to worry about and you change and cancel your booking based on their individual cancellation policies- these will be provided to you prior to booking and in your confirmation email.

How do I book an experience?

On our website, WineTourism.com choose the specific experience that you wish to book. You will see a booking form on the right-hand side of the screen, fill in the form and the bookings team will get in contact with you.

What happens if I pay and the winery has no availability?

In such cases, we will look for other wineries nearby and recommend them to you. Or else are also eligible to ask for a full refund for the paid amount

How long should I wait before booking an experience?

Normally winery cannot confirm any bookings in less than 24 hours. We ask visitors to book their experiences at least a day before the scheduled visit.

We also have a 48-hour no refund policy, so if you may have to cancel your visit for some reason, an earlier booking is encouraged if you want a refund.
