Capoccia experience - Tasting, Tour and Food Experience

Upon your arrival at the Tiberini Winery, you will take a walk through the organic vineyards to understand their production philosophy, while they will explain the production area and the great history of Vino Nobile to you. You will then be taken to the place where the Tiberini family started cultivating the vineyard 7 generations ago, followed by a visit to the cellar and barrel room, with tastings from the vats. Afterwards, you can enjoy a lunch or dinner in the cellar , for examole,with: Pappa ai 3 Pomodori paired with "Poggiardello" IGT Rosso di Toscana; Pici all'Aglione paired with "Podere le Caggiole" Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG; Peposo di Chianina paired with "Vigneto Campaccio" Riserva Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG
