Organic Winemaking at Villa Cilnia

The history of the winery Villa Cilnia farm dates back to the 14th century. After several years of struggle, the owner now has introduced organic methods of vine cultivation. The owner has also decided to produce their first novelties – Syrah and Larthi Rose with organoleptic characteristics of the terroir. In the cellar of Villa Cilnia, they use concrete casks to store their delicious wines for aging and maturation.
