Azienda Agricola Malenchini extends across 70 hectares of land, 17 hectares of which are planted with vineyards and 42 hectares with olive trees. The agricultural practices at the Malenchini Farms are done with respect to the environment and they are proud of their sustainable model. The majority of the vineyard is cultivated with Sangiovese grapes. Other grape varieties such as Canaiolo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon are also grown. The company uses its own grapes to make its wines. Their major wine productions are red, rose and dessert wines with Chianti Colli Fiorentini classification. Colli Malenchini Winery produces two Chianti DOCG wines which are the most popular wines from this region all over the world. They use traditional Chianti winemaking processes to make their flagship wines. Other than this, with the rise of ‘Super Tuscan’ wines, the company also have developed its own version.
