The agricultural practices at the Malenchini Farms are done with respect to the environment and they are proud of their sustainable model. The majority of the vineyard is cultivated with Sangiovese grapes. Other grape varieties such as Canaiolo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon are also grown. The company uses its own grapes to make its wines. Their major wine productions are red, rose and dessert wines with Chianti Colli Fiorentini classification. Colli Malenchini Winery produces two Chianti DOCG wines which are the most popular wines from this region all over the world.
