o date, the estate extends over approximately 30 hectares distributed unevenly over different Vaud wine regions that we invite you to discover through this presentation. Thanks to the extent and dispersion of our land, they are able to offer you a wide range of wines, both white and red. Divided into three plots, the vines cover a variety of terrain. The Lavaux vineyard extends from Lausanne to Chillon and is characterized by its terraced vines which benefit from the heat and light of three suns: by its direct rays on the plants, by its reverberation in the lake, and by the heat stored in the walls. Lavaux wines have a very typical character, immediately detectable for the taster by the persistence, power, and harmony of aromas and tastes. The Chablais region is rich in many very different terroirs and various climates and microclimates which give this region its specificity and its identity. The North Vaudois brings together the vineyards of the Bonvillars, Côtes de l'Orbe, and Vully appellations.
