Wine tasting & barbeque making (dinner) in Rostomaant Marani Winery

Our wine tasting experience is a perfect way to discover the unique tastes of Georgian wines paired with traditional Georgian barbecue, known as "mtsvadi". We offer a selection of three wines to taste: Rkatsiteli Qvevri amber dry wine, Saperavi Qvevri red dry wine, and Saperavi Qvevri dessert wine - Rostwine (fortified wine).

These wines are all produced by our family winery using traditional Georgian winemaking methods. Our Mtsvadi is made with carefully selected cuts of pork and grilled over vinewood to give it a unique smoky flavor. We season the meat with coarse sea salt, rub it in well, and then grill it to perfection. To complete the tasting, we'll also provide bread, local cheese, jams, and other traditional Georgian sides to complement the flavors of the wine and Mtsvadi.
