Hospitality is my chosen carrier and I have been involved in the gourmet food and fine wine industry for as long as I can remember. Thus I have deep roots and connections with most producers on the island and beyond. Back in 1996, when I first got in the business, I was sourcing European delicatessen food and wines for import to the island. It’s easy to comprehend the knowledge and experience gained by numerous trips to the country sites of Italy, France and Greece in search of the finest gourmet products.
I get great pleasure each time I join in with my guests for their adventures. Whether a simple wine sampling at the Tasting Room, a food and wine matching dinner at a restaurant or a multi-day trip through numerous vineyards and endless sipping and spitting in the wineries’ cellars.
I’m always willing to take on any challenge by the people I host for. My guests enjoy the privilege that comes from visiting sights with an industry insider. Get to meet and talk to producers, find out little secrets, taste their wines in extraordinary ambiences and in general be guided into a dimension where they wouldn’t get otherwise.
I’m here because I love to share wine related and culinary adventures with like minded fellas. It’s all about exploring and paying attention to comparative tastings and sensory analysis of every element, that’s how I learn about food and wine.
