Making Wines the Organic Way
As early as 2012, we opted for the most sustainable form of organic viticulture by replanting only fungus-resistant vines - piwis for short - on our organic vineyard. In this way we create united with nature organic wines full of life and character, which allow us to save several tons of pesticides, CO2 and thousands of liters of water. In addition, soil compaction is reduced and our sustainable piwis thus ensure biodiversity and vitality in our vineyards.
Complex Wines of the Highest Quality
Of course, we are also extremely concerned about the taste of our grape varieties, which is why our wines are characterized by a unique style and complex wine diversity. Among our favorite piwis are the white wines Sauvignac, Cabernet blanc and Johanniter or the red wines Pinotin and Satin Noir. With our organic quality piwis we bring together delight, quality, innovation, winemaking and ecology at the highest level.

Personal lovely experience
We had a very inspirational experience at weingut Galler. Lots of time to talk about likes and dislikes, elaborate conversation about the start of the Weingut and their vision on winemaking. Great tasting and we went to the cellar and had a tour in the wine storage and production rooms.
