A WSET Level 4 (Diploma) certified wine expert - sommelier will introduce you to the winemaking areas in the region of Valencia: D.O. Valencia, D.O. Utiel-Requena and D.O. Alicante. Some local grapes and regional differences will be covered while tasting 4 different wines including white and red, and occasionally sparkling, rosé or orange wines (we can also arrange specific wines upon request). Side by side 5-course Valencian and Spanish tapas will be served to you can also try some wine and food pairing.

If you are a beginner wine lover, this is a great opportunity to learn how to taste and understand wine, and how food pairing works. In case you are an advanced wine lover this could be your opportunity to have a Valencian Wine Masterclass!
